Relationship With The Beltran Firm

At the Smith Law Practice we pride ourselves on working well as a team with other lawyers who enlist our help with a wide variety of matters, and we are especially proud of our ongoing relationship with our longtime friend Frank J. Beltran and The Beltran Firm. No other Georgia lawyer has been continuously practicing professional liability law at the highest level for as long as Mr. Beltran.

More than ten years ago, Brian Smith first worked as a law clerk with The Beltran Firm when he was a law student. Years later, in 2011 Mr. Beltran enlisted Mr. Smith’s help in trying a jury trial in Federal Court. After achieving a favorable verdict together in that case, Mr. Beltran and Mr. Smith have worked together as a team on a regular basis ever since. Mr. Beltran and his venerable firm have had a profound influence on Mr. Smith’s career as a lawyer, and he is proud to call Mr. Beltran his mentor.
